We will answer your inquiries in the order received on the next business day following these dates. Please allow us up to 24 hours for a response.

Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed if placed on any of these holidays. Our team will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible,

We encourage you to place orders with Express shipping at least 5 days before you must have it received for last minute holiday outfits or gifts to avoid delays from carriers. We are not responsible for delays, lost or stolen shipments with carriers. Please opt into Route package protection at checkout to insure your purchase.

Purchases made with Flash Sale promo codes are returnable for exchange or store credit only. No refunds.

Archive vintage items, gift cards and Route package insurance are excluded from flash sale promo codes.

International customers must contact us for a requested store credit as you are only able to create a return request in the portal. When your package is confirmed scanned and tracking by the carrier, we will then dispatch your exchange or issue store credit.

The item at the equal or lesser value is discounted. You must buy one piece to get the discount on the second piece. Purchases made with our bundle promotions are returnable with the same policy as all normal orders. 

Returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit are accepted within 14 days of placing your order. 10% of all returns will be deducted from your refund. 

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange, including items purchased during promotional sales. No exceptions.

Items returned or exchanged must be received in brand new condition, with original tags and hygienic liners attached. We reserve the right to reject returns in worn condition or without tags. Rejected returns won't be sent back, refunded or exchanged. A $10 handling fee will be deducted for store credit and a $15 handling fee will be deducted for exchanges.

Please refrain from sending returns without processing a return request, we will not be able to accept it.

We DO NOT provide you a pre-paid label in your shipment, please print it out in the return platform.

All orders ship from our Los Angeles, California based warehouse.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 11am PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once an order is processed and fulfilled by our warehouse, it is then handed off to the designated carrier for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been marked fulfilled.

We provide an estimated date for delivery at checkout. Delays outside of our control may occur due to improper address, weather, or holidays. Please allow a few days for us to resolve your shipment issue, please email us right away if you are experiencing delays.
